The Vaildator understands the thoughts and feelings of her non-verbal patient, even if Mrs. Wilson doesn’t say a word. Even if she doesn’t move a muscle. The Validator knows that nobody wants to be alone, and that we all long for human connection and understanding. Maybe there will even be a breakthrough.
